Biography
Michael-Paul Hart (Republican) represents District 20. Voters elected him in 2019. Councilor Michael-Paul Hart is a lifelong resident of Marion County whose priority is the Citizens of Indianapolis. He knows first-hand the challenges of working full time while trying to raise a family and attend college. Spending eight years working full time in various skilled trades while attending courses at night and online, Hart eventually obtained multiple degrees in Information Technology and Computer Science. Today, he is a Senior Consultant for VMware, a global technology company, small business owner, as well as a proud father and family man. Michael-Paul has been active in the community for quite some time. He served as Precinct Committeeman and Ward Chairman, most recently appointed to Warren Township Chairman for the MCRCC. He has served on the Warren Township GOP Board in various capacities, allowing him to support organizations such as the YMCA and American Legion.
