Biography
Mike Davis began his first term on the Noblesville Common Council in January 2020. He was re-elected and began his second 4-year term in January 2024. District 1 includes a large portion of the northwest side of Noblesville - North Harbour, Oakbay, Copper Point, The Watershed, Waterscape, Mallards Pointe, Harbour Village, Carrigan Point, Hart Acres, Carrigan Cove, Carlton Heights, Lakeside Estates, Lions Creek, Harbour Woods, Harbour Overlook, Harbour Point, The Bluffs, Pine Knoll, Havenwood, Country Lake Estates, South Harbour, West Harbour, Morse Pointe, Whitcomb Ridge, Timbers, Mill Grove, Retreat at Mill Grove, Albany Ridge, Shafer Woods, and a portion of Conner Crossing.
